    Peak performance is often associated with talent, skills or working harder. However, sustained high performance begins from within. It is the ability to consistently access the right state of mind, body and purpose that enables us to think clearly, make intentional decisions and perform at our best—even under pressure.

    This workshop introduces an inside-out approach to peak performance through the Mind–Body–Soul Model. Participants will explore how their mindset, physical and emotional state, and sense of purpose influence the quality of their performance at work. By understanding and strengthening these three interconnected dimensions, they will learn how to create the conditions for sustained focus, resilience, confidence and effectiveness.

    Drawing on insights from neuroscience, performance psychology, mindfulness and visualisation, this highly practical workshop equips participants with tools and strategies to access their peak state more consistently. Rather than relying on motivation or willpower alone, participants will develop personalised rituals and practices that support sustainable high performance in today's fast-paced and demanding workplace.
    Objective
    By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
    • Understand the factors that contribute to sustainable peak performance.
    • Recognise how the mind, body and purpose influence performance and decision-making.
    • Apply practical techniques to improve mental clarity, emotional regulation and focus.
    • Use visualisation as a tool to mentally prepare for important performance situations.
    • Develop personal practices and rituals to consistently access their peak state.

    Module 1 – The Peak Performance Blueprint
    Understanding What Drives High Performance

    Module Objective
    Introduce the concept of peak performance and help participants understand that sustainable high performance begins from within. Participants will be introduced to the Mind–Body–Soul Model and discover how aligning these three dimensions enables them to consistently access their Peak State.

    Module 2 – Master Your Mind
    Developing Mental Clarity, Confidence and Focus

    Module Objective
    Understand how the conscious and subconscious mind influence performance, and learn how to intentionally shape thoughts, beliefs and mental habits that support confidence, focus and high performance.

    Module 3 – Energise Your Body
    Managing Your State Under Pressure

    Module Objective
    Explore the connection between the body and performance, and learn practical techniques to regulate physical and emotional states in order to maintain focus, resilience and effectiveness under pressure.

    Module 4 – Align Your Soul
    Connecting Purpose and Values to Peak Performance

    Module Objective
    Explore how purpose and personal values provide direction, motivation and meaning, enabling participants to sustain high performance beyond external rewards and short-term goals.

    Module 5 – Access Your Peak State
    Building Habits and Rituals for Sustainable High Performance

    Module Objective
    Integrate the learning from the workshop into a personalised Peak Performance System by developing intentional habits, rituals and practices that make it easier to consistently access one's Peak State.

    Angie last corporate role was with Neuroleadership Group as the Director of Coach Certification. She was heading the coaching division for the organization in Asia as well as leading a team of sales staff globally. In 2012, she decided to leave the corporate world to focus full time training and coaching.

    With her strong background in sales, marketing, business and personal development, Angie‘s passion is to support professionals to succeed at their own terms and achieve breakthrough in their personal and professional life.  Her mission in life is to facilitate and help others to gain insight into their true potential, to expand their awareness of who they could become as a person to live a purposeful, happy and successful life.
